1. Our services

Brandora provides design and development services on a subscription basis. The specific features, number of active requests, and turnaround times depend on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel.

• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Prices may change with prior notice, and any changes will not affect your current cycle.

3. Refunds

Because of the nature of design work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, supply the materials and feedback we need to complete your requests, and ensure that any content you share with us does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Ownership of work

Once a project is fully paid for and delivered, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including requesting work that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Brandora provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
